Hi FRIEND, I'M KATE & YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE

Hi again! If you’re reading this, I’m so flattered that you are on my page and wanting to get to know me! 

I’ve always loved photography, but at 16 I decided to turn that love into a business. What started as a little dream has somehow become my full-time career. I'll never stop praising Jesus for it!

For a long time, I thought my next step was moving away, going to my dream school, and getting a business degree. Instead, the Lord had other plans for me. I chose to stay home and give this business everything I had, and it has been one of the greatest gifts. There’s something really sweet about looking back and seeing how all the pieces came together differently, and better, than I had planned.

I’ve now been photographing weddings full-time for about five years, and I love getting to be a part of such an important season in people’s lives. I want you to feel comfortable, beautiful, and completely yourself in front of my camera, and to walk away with photos that bring you right back to how it all felt.

When I’m not taking photos, I’m probably trying a new coffee shop, planning our next trip, getting dressed up for a good dinner, wandering through a perfectly curated little shop, buying flowers for our apartment, or spending a slow Sunday at church and brunch with my husband. My drink of choice is a homemade iced whipped honey espresso... shoutout Babas in CHS!

My dreams are pretty simple: love my husband well, become a mom one day, travel the world, show Jesus to the people around me, and keep getting to make a life out of something I’ve loved since I was 16.
